Booking lessons
Welcome to our lesson booking service! Before proceeding, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions for a seamless booking experience.
Flexibility is key in our lesson booking system. You have the option to book sets or blocks of sessions for your convenience. Alternatively, you can opt for our free booking system, where you pay as you go.
If you choose not to book blocks and wish to discontinue your learning, we kindly ask for a notice period of 2 weeks prior to the last scheduled lesson. This allows us to accommodate any necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Late cancellation
Late cancellations can be costly. If you’re unable to attend a booked or agreed lesson for any reason, please ensure cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, via text or email. Failure to do so will result in a charge at the hourly rate, as we aim to cover the loss of the reserved lesson slot.
Online lessons
Online lessons via Skype lessons offer flexibility in duration, typically ranging between 1 to 1.5 hours. These can be scheduled in advance or adjusted after using our booking form, providing tailored convenience to suit your learning needs.
Travel supplement
For lessons conducted at your office or home, a travel supplement may apply, particularly for locations within London travel zones 3 or beyond. This supplement covers the time and cost of traveling to your desired teaching destination.

Translation Services
In addition to our language lessons, we also offer translation services upon request. Please note that cancellation of translation work after commencement may incur fees for the portion already translated.
